Canadian Tire (Kenora) sprang into action over the past few months and encouraged in-store donations at the till to the Beyond The Scan Campaign. A total of $5,000 was donated, which was generously matched by store owner Simon Carignan and his wife Samantha for a total donation of $10,000. This contribution is helping bring Kenora its first MRI, a new CT scanner, and other life-saving diagnostic tools.
Their support doesn’t stop there. From donating a Christmas tree and ornaments to brighten the Chemotherapy Department at Lake of the Woods District Hospital, to contributing major prizes like kayaks and patio sets for the Foundation’s major summer events, Canadian Tire Kenora shows up for our hospital and our community time and time again.
